This is a great practice headed by Dr Mark Chopin. Appointment making and renewal of existing prescriptions through their website is extremely efficient. Whilst there is a great debate around obtaining GP appointments, this is not a problem I have incurred at Courtyard.

In the past I have found it difficult to get appointments at times convenient to me but am very happy with the new system of online booking for non urgent appointments. As I work full time I would like to see the surgery giving a greater choice of evening and Saturday appointments.

Small but very welcoming surgery with staff who make you feel that it is never too much of a problem to help you. Very glad that I am with this surgery.

this surgery is great in every way. the receptionists are always ready to help and understand. nothing seems too much trouble to them. the waiting area is pleasant with the local radio station playing in the background and plenty of magazines to read. i really cannot think of how to improve this surgery. i even book my appointments on line from the comfort of my home. very happy.
